Barry joined Cameron-Price as a graduate engineer in 1994 with an honours degree from Birmingham City University. With a background in engineering, sales and management he achieved a board position in 2004 and was appointed Managing Director in 2011.
Barry led an MBO in 2015 and is now progressing with his team on an ambitious growth plan, delivering new services and core competencies to an expanding and diverse customer base.
In the wider community Barry has held positions on the Advisory Board for Common Purpose and as a Business Mentor for the Princes Trust. He was Member of The Manufacturer Top 100, and is a Mentor for the West Midlands Mayor One Million Mentor program.

Lewis joined Cameron-Price in 2016, after a career in recruitment, commercial products, and automotive finance. Lewis achieved a degree in Economics from Exeter University in 1997.
Having taken several businesses through acquisitions and growth Lewis has extensive experience of financial management, planning and analysis, system implementations, project management and business development.
Lewis has responsibility for stakeholder relationships with our key financial & audit partners and oversees all investment and KPI’s within the business.
Lewis is a keen runner having completed several marathons and is an active member of the Round Table supporting multiple charities.

Russ joined Cameron-Price in 2015 after a successful career in Intier Automotive as Operations Manager with responsibility for two manufacturing sites. Russ’s experience of managing 24 hour large scale production facilities with tier one responsibility has helped to drive the key performance metrics and improvements within Cameron-Price, delivering sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Russ has responsibility for quality, production, planning, purchasing, health & safety and environmental issues. Russ was promoted to the Board in 2018.
Russ spent 7 years in the Armed Forces, and outside of work is an accomplished cyclist and dog lover.

Nick joined Cameron-Price in 2004 as Quality Manager. Nicks experience and knowledge of the business made him an ideal candidate for promotion to BDM in 2016. Nick’s technical background, supported by his experience in quality management, have enabled him to contribute to the longer-term key account management activities and our diversification plans to deliver ongoing sales growth and business stability.

Alan joined Cameron Price in 2019 as Engineering Projects Manager. Alan has over 20 years’ experience mainly in a tier 1 environment in the automotive industry in both Project Management and Quality Management. Alan also has experience within the aerospace, rail and medical sectors. Alan is responsible for delivering new projects and engineering changes to meet customer timescales, budgets and quality requirements using a robust APQP process. Outside of work, Alan is a keen walker and runner and has completed half marathons and is also actively involved with a local children’s football team.

Mark joined Cameron-Price in 2025 as quality manager with a strong background as both QM and manufacturing manager in automotive plastics. With expertise in key problem-solving tools and techniques, six sigma skills and strong experience of process improvement strategies, Mark is instrumental in driving robust quality practices within the business.
Mark leads a strong team of quality professionals ensuring a high level of quality control across the plant and delivers new product compliance via APQP, PPAP and RFT methodology.
